Return Policy for Life & Lustre
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below:
Returns and Exchanges
- Custom Artwork: Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
- Non-Custom Items: We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund. To process your claim, we’ll need photos of the damage and the packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at hello@lifeandlustre.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Important Notes
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- We are unable to accept returns for international orders at this time.
