Return Policy for Life & Lustre

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below:

Returns and Exchanges

  • Custom Artwork: Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
  • Non-Custom Items: We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund. To process your claim, we’ll need photos of the damage and the packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@lifeandlustre.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  • We are unable to accept returns for international orders at this time.
