I’m Katharine Claire, artist and founder of Life & Lustre. I create hand-painted city maps and prints inspired by the neighborhoods, landmarks, and stories that shape the places we love. Each piece celebrates color, detail, and the character of a space, bringing life and meaning to homes, offices, and public spaces alike.

From an early age, I was drawn to making — gluing flowers and pebbles to scraps of wood, sewing tiny projects, and experimenting with paint and paper. Those first hands-on creations sparked a lifelong love of exploring materials, color, and form. Today, I continue that journey by crafting art that balances bold design with delicate detail — pieces that connect with people, spark memories, and bring a sense of joy to everyday life.
