Ordering & Payment

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept a variety of payment methods to ensure a seamless shopping experience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
  • PayPal: Secure payments through your PayPal account.
  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Options like Shop Pay Installments (availability may vary).

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order is in production or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently, we ship within the United States only.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is a flat rate of $6. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A:

  • Prints: Ship within 3 business days.
  • Ornaments & Hand-Stitched Cards: Ship within 5 business days.
    Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Custom Work: Most custom work has an 8 week lead time, but a specific timeline will be arranged during the consult. Please send us a message at hello@lifeandlustre.com to learn more.

Products & Customization

Q: Are your products handmade?
A: Many of our items, such as hand-stitched cards and original paintings, are crafted by hand. Small prints (12x18 and under) are printed in-house and individually hand-cut for a personal touch. Ornaments and large prints are designed by us and produced with care using trusted production partners.

Q: Do you offer custom artwork?
A: Yes, we specialize in custom house portraits and other personalized artwork. Please contact us to discuss your ideas and availability.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Unfortunately, custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
